DoneDaily (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a habit tracking application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
Data You Create
When you use DoneDaily, you create habit tracking data including:
- •Habit names and dates completed
- •Completion records and streaks
This data is stored locally on your device and synced to your personal iCloud account if you have iCloud enabled.
Purchase Information
We use RevenueCat to process in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat collects:
- •A random anonymous user identifier
- •Purchase history and subscription status
- •Device type and operating system version
RevenueCat does not collect your name, email, or other personal information. For more details, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- •We do not collect analytics or usage data
- •We do not track your location
- •We do not access your contacts, photos, or other personal data
- •We do not use advertising or ad tracking
- •We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes
Data Storage and Sync
Local Storage
Your habit data is stored locally on your device using Core Data.
iCloud Sync
If you enable iCloud, your data syncs across your devices using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is:
- •Stored in your personal iCloud account
- •Protected by Apple's security measures
- •Not accessible to us
We cannot access, read, or retrieve your iCloud data. For information about how Apple handles your iCloud data, see Apple's Privacy Policy.
Data Retention
- •Your local data remains on your device until you delete the app
- •Your iCloud data remains in your iCloud account until you delete it
- •RevenueCat retains purchase records as required for subscription management
Your Rights
You can:
- •Delete your data: Uninstall the app to remove local data. Delete from iCloud via Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage
- •Export your data: Contact us to request a copy of any data we may have
- •Opt out of iCloud sync: Disable iCloud for DoneDaily in your device settings
Children's Privacy
DoneDaily does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date.
